Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Network Administrator to manage and maintain the company’s network infrastructure in line with corporate IT strategies. The ideal candidate will ensure network stability, security, and efficient communication across all systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer network components according to corporate IT policies and strategies.
• Manage and configure Sophos Firewalls and perform Sophos platform administration.
• Configure and maintain load balancers (TP-Link, MikroTik).
• Manage VPN connectivity (site-to-site and client VPNs).
• Monitor communication lines and ensure network availability and performance.
• Implement and maintain network security layer solutions.
• Provide 2nd level technical support for network-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT processes and procedures.
• Conduct technical training sessions for team members and end-users when required.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and technical manuals as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Operations and Networks.
• Strong experience with Sophos Firewall and Sophos Administration.
• Good knowledge of network infrastructure, switches, and routing concepts.
• Experience with MikroTik and TP-Link devices.
• Knowledge of Active Directory administration.
• Strong understanding of IT security and network monitoring.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
