Senior Lighting Sales Engineer

Job Objective:

Achieve sales targets by developing new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across all sales interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

           Increase customer awareness of lighting products and their practical applications.

           Generate sales opportunities by identifying customer needs, presenting a wide range of products, explaining technical specifications, and providing suitable solutions and alternatives.

           Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring the selection of the most appropriate products.

           Check stock availability and prepare customer orders in coordination with the After-Sales Service Department.

           Submit manufacturing requests to the After-Sales Service Department to initiate production processes.

           Follow up with customers regularly and conduct periodic field visits to introduce new products when required.

           Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to ensure continuous fulfillment of customer demand.

           Track products sent for repair and ensure proper delivery back to customers.

           Provide regular technical explanations and updates on new products to clients.

           Conduct field visits to meet consultants and contractors, present products, and build strong relationships with engineering and consultancy firms.

           Deliver excellent customer service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction at all times.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

BMS Site Engineer

We are seeking a motivated BMS Site Engineer to join our Automation Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling site activities related to Building Management Systems (BMS), including installation, commissioning, programming, and documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

           Execute installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems on site.

           Work on HVAC control systems, lighting control, and building automation systems.

           Prepare and update Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, and Single Line Diagrams (SLD).

           Perform BMS programming and system configuration.

           Use AutoCAD for preparing and modifying technical drawings.

           Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site.

           Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of works.

           Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Job Requirements:

           Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

           1+ year of experience in BMS systems (preferred).

           Knowledge of HVAC control systems and building automation.

           Experience in AutoCAD.

           Understanding of Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, and SLD.

           Strong technical and site coordination skills.

           Ability to work under site conditions.

Job Responsibilities:

           Support installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial automation systems.

           Work with PLC systems, sensors, and control panels.

           Assist in programming and configuration of PLC/SCADA systems.

           Prepare and update Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, and SLD.

           Use AutoCAD for technical drawings and modifications.

           Troubleshoot automation systems and support site operations.
