About the Role
3 Brothers, a leading engineering manufacturer of lighting products, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager (OEM) to expand our OEM business across Europe and build long-term partnerships with leading brands, contractors, and distributors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, positioning the company as an audit-ready and compliant OEM manufacturing partner, and converting customer requirements into commercially successful manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with European OEM customers, brands, contractors, and distributors.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across European markets.
Position 3 Brothers as an audit-ready, quality-focused, and compliant OEM manufacturing partner.
Translate customer specifications and technical requirements into producible manufacturing solutions in collaboration with engineering and production teams.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with prospective and existing customers.
Close contracts and drive sustainable revenue growth across assigned markets.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements within the lighting industry.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in OEM supplier development, business development, or Key Account Management.
Previous experience within the lighting industry is highly preferred.
Proven track record of developing and managing relationships with European buyers and customers.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally across Europe.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Quality Manager to lead and enhance all quality assurance and quality control activities across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in industrial manufacturing environments, preferably within lighting, electrical, electronics, or automotive industries.
The role requires leading the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with international standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing quality performance across production lines, suppliers, and laboratories.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management Systems & Compliance
Maintain, develop, and audit the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, CE, SASO, and relevant lighting certifications.
Act as the main focal point for external audits, certification bodies, and customer compliance assessments.
Ensure compliance of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products with quality, safety, and performance standards.
Manufacturing Quality Control
Establish and monitor quality control procedures across all manufacturing stages, including:
Die-Casting & Foundry
Paint Shop
LED SMT & Assembly Lines
Electrical Panel Production
Supervise testing laboratories to ensure accuracy in photometric, thermal, environmental, and stress testing.
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) to minimize defects, rework, and production waste.
Supplier Quality Assurance
Collaborate with Procurement teams to evaluate, qualify, and audit local and international suppliers.
Define and implement Incoming Quality Control (IQC) standards for components and raw materials.
Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement
Lead and develop QA Engineers, QC Inspectors, and Laboratory Technicians across factory operations.
Promote a “Quality First” culture through regular training and performance development initiatives.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
Customer Quality & Reporting
Oversee customer complaints, product return investigations, and corrective action implementation.
Monitor and report key quality KPIs, including:
First Pass Yield (FPY)
Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
Customer Return Rates
Defect & Scrap Rates
Job Requirements
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering preferred).
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification is mandatory.
CQE/CQM Certification is highly preferred.
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a strong advantage.
Experience
7–15 years of experience in Quality Management within industrial manufacturing environments.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following industries:
